helpful staff. clean room
needs refurbishment especially the entrance and the lift (small and old). room is ok. i stayed only I night so it was ok cos it was the cheapest i could find. however I would not have stayed long because it is not welcoming. Only the staff make it pleasant.
Location, nice staff, reasonable breakfast
Not big problem, hard to complain for this price: 50 eur :-)
Very friendly staff. All of the staff that we met during 3 days speaks English, and this is of much help to travellers from abroad. And one of the staff members even speak Russian - is was a real surprise for us. Good location - nearby remarkable places in Rome and main railway station, and, at the same time, quite place - there was no noise at night. Cleanliness in rooms.
Location, close to Termini train station
Location. Run down neighborhood not inviting to step outside at dark.
Short walk from the train station, and close proximity (50m) to the Metro station.staff is very helpful with giving directions to visit the 'tourist' places and also loan us a power supply adaptor.
The air-conditioning is from a centralised system which is not cold at all especially during the summer period, so not possible to lower the temperature at all. Breakfast is very basic with a pastry, and then biscotti/rye bread with a cup of coffee or tea...
The staff was very helpfull
The carpet of the stairs was too dirty and it has mosquitos
Very well located. Close to the Roma termini train station. Clean with nice bathroom in the room. Had the last room at the end of the corridor with a view on the backyard...quiet which was nice after our busy days visiting the city. Light breakfast to start the day. Friendly staff.
Nice comfortable small hotel. Good location near to the main Rome train station.
We ordered breakfast in our room for our last morning. The hotel staff got busy, and we did not receive our breakfast.
Everything was ok, but real problems with washing-there was perminent lack of hot water. Staff friendly, very central
It was close to the train station. The staff was very friendly and made me a great capuccino.
It's a bit of a dive. I guess we got what we paid for, but we had a dark, low-ceilinged, poorly lit room that was awkwardly arranged, accessed by a sort of tunnel behind the elevator shaft. It was adequate for a single night, but nothing I'd ever recommend.
The location of the hotel is great. It is next to a metro station and walking distance from many attractions and restaurants. Staff was good and helpful.
The hotel room for two adults and a child was very small. Shower is extremely small. Mold smell in the room. Breakfast was included in the price but was very basic and this was one of my important considerations for the room selection.
Location was rather good, near Termini. About 15 minutes walk from the Coloseo and Piazza Venezia.
The room was too small. We could hardly move around the bed, there was not enough space in the room (really about 9 metres). The windows are so bad that at nights it seems just at the street. Very noisy!!! Lift is also so small, that two persons can hardly move inside it.The smell in the bathroom is very unpleasant. The breakfast is very poor and the same every day. It doesn't cost this money (in average 75 euro per night).
The location of hotel was good,it was near to attracting places of the city also it was near to underground and train station.
Break fast room was so small with small tables ,also there were not separate blankets for each person on the beds. Toilet
We were in the apartment on the ground floor, which was great. Beds were comfortable, it had a kitchenette, "sofa" made into another double bed. Everyone was very nice, spoke English well, great location!
The location is best, staff is very friendly.
